Self-Schedule
We will be using the Tournament Score Center for self-scheduling this year. This is the same program that will be used at Region 6 and that was used at the State competition last year. I have left the program live for now so you can go in and see how it works. I will clear all sign-ups on Sunday, January 14th and then reopen it for official sign-ups on Monday, January 15th at 7pm. Please makes sure you take time to log in and explore.
Most teams already had an account using the same email I am sending this message to. For those who did not have an account I set one up for you a little over a week ago. An email should have been sent to you. If you cannot remember your password you can request a new one using the same email.
Your username is your email address. If you cannot remember your password click on Forgot password. DO NOT create a new account. You all have one set up already.
Once into your account look at the Blue Information box in the top right hand corner. Make sure you are set to COACH.
Once you get to your COACH page you should see Cobra Invitational 2018 and off to the right the blue tab that says self-schedule
Once in the self-scheduling you can see all of your teams listed at the top. Each team will have its own color dot. You will need to toggle between teams to schedule them. Once you click on the time you would like it is updated instantly and you can move on to another event.
Please go in and try out the program so you are familiar with it. I will leave it open to test until Sunday, January 14th and then I will clear it of all sign-ups. The official sign-up will be Monday,January 15th at 7pm.
